Tiger Woods is great. He's known all over the globe. You see him everywhere. On TV, in Magazines, on Gatorade bottles, his face is plastered across them all. He's Nike, He's Buick, He's TAG Heuer, He's American Express. Tiger was blessed with the God-given ability to him a golf ball so precisely that it's almost as if he is picking the ball up and hand tossing it at the hole. He's JUST. THAT. GOOD. Tiger Woods is an icon. In 2008 alone Tiger Woods made $110,000,000 from winnings and endorsements alone. Tiger Woods is all of these things but Tiger Woods IS NOT and Ultimate Money Fighter!

This is Joseph, he's known affectionately to his friends and family as Joey. He's not as decorated as Tiger Woods but he's important. He keeps the family car running. he's unbeatable at foosball and Madden for the Xbox 360. Joseph is the guy that keeps you relaxed by talking football with you before he hands you the bill. He's a husband to a beautiful wife and has 1 young daughter named Abigail. When she was born he stopped hanging with the guys, spending his money on beer and nights out. The way Tiger focuses on the 18th green for the win, Joseph is focused on an education for his daughter and a house for his wife. He only made $34,982 in 2008 but is taking the challenge to win. He may not make it to ESPN's Sportscenter anytime soon but he's a Cashlete. HE is an ULTIMATE. MONEY. FIGHTER.

This is Rance Robinson, your Ultimate Money Fight league commissioner! You know what is not fun? Running out of money is not fun. I recently had a friend [let’s call him Ritchie] tell me that he had to live off of $35.00 for a week and a half until he got paid last month. That is NOT cool. So I asked him “Where is your savings account? Why are you in that type of position?” He really didn’t have a good reason and that’s kind of sad. It was the usual suspects like eating out, a little shopping, paying bills, and throw some partying into the soup pot. Hey, recreation is a good thing, don’t get me wrong. I asked him what his life would be like if he saved $100.00 per month, would he be doing alright? Of course he says yes so I ask him why he doesn’t save and the answer is “I never really think about it.”

You never think about it??? Whoa! But you like money right? Ritchie says “Yep. I like having it a lot.” I say, you talk about being wealthy all of the time. I don’t get it, how do you never think about it? Ritchie says “it’s too hard to save money. It’s like working out and being in shape. The end results look so sexy but the sacrifice is too much to give up sometimes. It’s a hard thing to do and the results don’t tend to show immediately” Ritchie summed it up right there.

It just sucks! Being broke is no fun and it takes a lot of energy. Saving money is hard and takes focus. That’s why we’re here to add fun to the focus I guess. Soon I hope to travel the world evangelizing Ultimate Money Fight but for now I am a WITNESS to how bad life can suck without the proper tools. It sucks your energy, and you spend time away from your passion and dreams while the life gets SUCKED out of you.

Doesn't this pic always make people happy. Why do you think images of money are always spread across all marketing. What about the picture of the Benz with the perfectly beautiful guy/girl standing next to it? Or the pic of jetsetter on the airplane? That same old marketing tactic is used because the best customers most companies feel are the ones that will do "anything" for the money. These are the most CASH KICKED people on the planet.

To become the best basketball player in the world, showing you pictures of Michael Jordan won't help you much will it? Or going out and buying every pair of Air Jordan's made won't make you play better. So if we know that then why do we keep falling for the "MONEY SHOT" literally LOL! To be the best athlete it takes practice, focus, and action. It's no different to be the best Cashlete right?

It's Worth Fighting For

You may be asking yourself, "Why would I join this?" It's a question that I ask myself every single day. It appears that every single day I am able to find an answer. This company was started because of this painful recession. The idea came about before it started. It's just necessary. I think about the Saturn commercial the most. That's a good one. Saturn has something called Total Confidence. If you lose your job Saturn will pay your car note for you for almost a year. Awesome. Maybe it'll take a year to get your life back and you can still drive around and look for a new source of income.

But what happens to everything else? What about the rent/mortgage? The "evil" credit cards? The student loans? What happens to all of your other unsecured debts? The only way to have "Total Confidence" it seems is to do it yourself. The hard part is staying motivated to do so. That is why we are here. Seeing you get your CASH KICKED is not something that we want to witness. Life is hard, why worry about money?

I can just hear the voice of the famous Michael Buffer everytime. You're the fighter in the other corner, the challenger. If you're not in shape for the match you're gonna be on the mat. Most people aren't. Most people are on the mat.

In boxing it's 10 Rounds. In life you need at least 6 Months of reserve to cover all of your expenses! At 6 Months your barely fighting so get busy!
